- Alternate Transportation. We will provide loaner vehicles-at no charge-for vehicles serviced in warranty or for vehicles requiring 3 or more hours of labor to repair. Alternate transportation is available at a nominal fee otherwise.
- We offer FREE pick-up and delivery of your vehicle for service if a loaner is not necessary. We will pick your vehicle up and return it regardless of age of the vehicle or where you bought it.
- We have highly trained technicians and service advisors that will tend to your every need giving you a Ritz -Carlton experience at your dealership. We even won a Mercedes-Benz Best of the Best award in 2007. Our first full year in Business.
We will hand wash every vehicle that we service and vacuum the inside. No damaging bristle or cloth carwash machine.
